FESCA Restaurant Supply, LLP is a family start-up business that specializes in the sales of restaurant equipment. FESCA is located at the Mann Road Plaza, 800 E. Mann Road Suite 202, Laredo, Texas 78041. Our business serves customers in the area, the US and Mexico.

Our mission is to be a leader in the sales of nationally and internationally known equipment in this market. We meet the needs of our customers through close customer contact and excellent service. We are improving the sales trend of local competition by offering best prices in the area with direct sales from the factory or major distributors directly to the customer. Since we do not stock large equipment in our store, it allows us to save on warehouse space, personnel and equipment to make re-deliveries. This savings are passed to the customer in the form of lower prices than the competition.

Email Estimates

Preparing written estimates is a time consuming task. We have implemented a system whereby customers call or email their requests for equipment. Once we locate the best manufacturer or mayor distributor we will reply via email to the customer with our proposed total cost for requested specific equipment including model number and other descriptive data. The email will serve as a promise that the cost of equipment will be available for a number of days. No other information will be provided at this time. We find this method to be more effective and less time consuming thus freeing our personnel to provide better service to our customers.
